Digital Media VIP Conference - Nov 9th

Carrying on the tradition of providing thought leadership around evolving technology, Digital Media VIP will be hosting a one-day, invitation-only conference in Washington DC on November 9th. With the US elections a year away, this will be the first national election that will feel the full effect of internet video. Not only will the major networks be using Internet video to supplement their terrestrial broadcasts, but also they will be joining the larger community in experimenting with new ways of reaching their audience.

How will this play out, and what effect can we expect video commentary to have over the next 12 months? For those involved in the election process - from campaign managers, publicity staff, candidates, pollsters and pundits - the ever decreasing attention span of the public is being courted by an ever increasing number of viewpoints.

The DC conference will seek to explore these rapid developments and answer your questions by drawing upon the experience of our key speakers. In addition, the select audience will represent a complete cross-section of the community responsible for the media surrounding the election and many of the attendees will be responsible for how video will be used to shape opinion. This is your opportunity to meet them and get first-hand insight into this world of change.

The event will take place at the Capital Yacht Club. Further news on the agenda and key speakers will appear here soon. Invitations will be emailed out in the next few days.

The conference is presented by Peggy Miles from Intervox.com and Roger Dean from ODA Consulting.com
